As much as I would love to take on all the requests I get for commissions, sadly I cannot! If I don't have time to make your commission or I don't think it is within my current skill range, I will not accept.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason at any time.
Transactions go through PayPal or Venmo only.
I package each item very carefully to try and ensure it's safe arrival. However, I am not responsible for any damage that might occur during the shipping process, nor am I responsible to any damage that happens after you receive the product.
My prices are somewhat flexible, but what you pay for is what you get. The price estimates I give are to provide me the time I deem necessary to create the best results possible. Under special circumstances I am willing to negotiate price, but I reserve the right to turn down any price offer.
Payment Plans are available upon request. I will charge you a non-refundable deposit approximately the cost of the materials I need to create your project. With this payment I will secure your slot and purchase the materials to make your wig. We can then arrange a regular payment plan at whatever increment suits your budget. I will not ship the product until every payment is made. If you send me your deposit but decide you no longer wish to follow through with the commission, I can ship the purchased materials to you at a small shipping fee.
When I am finished with your product, if there is something you want changed, I will do so if it is within my power. However, if you are unhappy with your piece because it is not exactly what you envisioned, no refunds will be given. Sorry!
Each commission is a one of a kind, individual work of art. If you have seen a piece I have done before, it will not be identical to the one I make for you! That is because each piece is special and made with love by these human hands :) If you want an exact copy, its time for you to build yourself cosplay makin' robot! ;P
